Jaenak Posted December 15, 2009 Share Posted December 15, 2009 This happens when the music system in the game misses it's queue that the game has finally started. To fix it quickly, target something in VATS mode. You don't need to actually shoot the critter, just target it and exit out again. When you enter VATS mode it sends a message to the music system to play a combat song which automatically overrides the never ending menu music glitch.
