DavidBudreck
This question has been asked on this forum several times in the past couple of weeks, so you are not the only one having troubles. I'm no expert on sound files, but look through the posts on the last several pages and there will be other posts about the same issue. Sound files will typically go in one of two places data/sound/fx/some folder, and data/sound/voice/name of the mod.esp. More than likely there is some sound folder in the install. Copy that folder into data/sound/fx/.
cyrus27
(am getting finger-snap spell casting to work atm) lol, that is what i did, upon closer inspection i can hear the tiny snap sound barly over the obnoxious spellcasting noises, is there any file somewhere i could delete to get rid of spell casting sound effects? or would i have to dl a mod for that too>? P.S. AM NOT NOOB! DID IT RIGHT FIRST TIME!! just... didnt relise it >.>/<.<
DavidBudreck
If you can find the proper sound file to delete, you can just delete it. I did that with my music because I hated that the battle music started playing whenever I got into a fight.
