Game crashes with 2 specific mods - FCO and EE

Hi,

I've been doing a clean install lately, and my game crashes when I activate either Follower Commentary Overhaul or Extended Encounters (or both).

I've used Boss and checked my load order, but no luck.

It crashes right after the main menu pops up, before the text pops up on the menu image.
