Boss\Wrye Bash Questions from a Noob

I just started using Boss and Wyre bash. Most of the mods I have cleaned lose the error when I run Boss again. But a couple haven't and seems like none of the Bash tag suggestions disappear after I make them. Is this normal? I'm having some CTD issue could you make suggestions?

I know I'm asking a lot of questions lately and I really appreciate everyone that has helped me out.

The Bash tags will always be in the BOSS log. They do not go away when you rebuild the bashed, they are their to tell Wrye what to do is all.

Use the BOSS GUI to create user rules to sort you UNrecognized plugins. BOSS GUI is in the folder where you installed BOSS too. You could try LOOT also. I don't use it, as i edit the master list (to have BOSS always sort all my mods) and can't with the new LOOT .

From what i understand BOSS uses the CRC to check if the mod is cleaned. Are you sure you have saved when exiting TESVEdit? If yes, then don't worry about it. you can check if you have a backup of the mods in question ...."data\TES5Edit Backups". you should have a backup file for every mod you cleaned.
