Getting Overide Items into a DAZIP?

I have made a modification using the ToolSet for all the gifts in the game. It adds who the intended person is to that gift's item description. I can take all the files and add them to the overide folder and it works just fine.

I would like to get them into DAZIP format. I can't seem to get the ToolSet to include the overidden files with the DAZIP. It shows them in the item manifest but not the folders. It also doesn't work in game using the DAZIP format.

Any ideas?

which folder are you putting them in? guides i used said to put my files in \[Mod NAME]\core\data, but when i went to make a package it woudlnt find them there so i had to move them to \[Mod NAME]\core\override

or if you are putting them in an override folder already is it C:\Program Files\Dragon Age\modules\single player\override ? that override folder will only affect things for your game, whereas if you put them in C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\AddIns\[Mod NAME]\core\override , it should give the option to include them when you use builder to player package

im not sure if this is the right way to do it, but its whats been working for me.

First off, the toolset will not do it. You have to do it by hand.

You can open the DAZIP up in most any archive program. It is just a ZIP file renamed.

Once you open it up, you just need to create some folders for the new content and then add your override files. The archive will alrady have a "packages/core" folder. In "core" just make a new folder, "override". If you want the package to be properly compatible with DAModder, then inside that "override" folder, create one more subfolder with the UID of your mod. So it will look like "packages/core/override/uid" Inside that, place your override files.

You should try to use the core/override that is in your AddIn's directory whenever you can, but some things just don't work there and need to go into packages/core/override. So technically both are correct, but you should always try to make it work from your addin/core/override first.
