Xboc controller's for Windows

My old Xbox controller was driving be nuts these past few weeks, always rushing through the pipboy menu's and sometimes picking the wrong item or conversation screwing up my quests, so I bought a cordless Xbox controller, Wow what a difference in handling, It made my old USB2 Xbox controller look like a Pinto, I feel like I'm back in control of my game again and not playing drunk like the drunk driving in GTA 4 if you've ever played it, you'd know what I meant!..

I feel like I'm driving or using a lamborghini with this new cordless Xbox controller and it's performance, it came with a disc to install drivers, where as the old USB2 one didn't and relied on whatever windows had installed with it's wizard program!..

My Xbox controller was fifteen dollars more than the USB2 Xbox controller, so I'll eat one less pizza this month, it was worth it!..

Which do you prefer?I know I kept tripping on my old USB cord before causing the controller to drop on the ground many times!.. :whistling:

title of topic should of read or said, sorry for the spelling errors !..

You always have to go wireless, I hopped onto that bandwagon back before companies like Microsoft and Sony started makeing wirless controlers and I was playing with some offbrand wireless controler made from some unknown company in Singapore....

I guess that was back in 04 or 05

But really, when it comes down to it, the one and only thing that I have found good about this whole "Games For Windows Live" is that it now makes setting up controlers for games for your controler so much easier, and with the Wirless 360 controler with the wirless USB pickup thing, it just makes it easy to plug it in and start playing Fallout or Call of Juarez. Because Games for Windows Live already has the setup for the 360 controler built into the game.

I remember back when I first got Oblivion, and the game pretty much didn't work at all with a controler no matter how much time you spent changeing the configurations, it got so frustrating I ended up haveing to go back to mouse and keyboard... a sad sad day in gameing...

But anyways, the new Wirless 360 controler is everything I could want from a game controler... Well, untill I can find a way to play with two airplane joysticks at the same time... But that is a whole different story.
