Raiden2
I thought my PC was going to be fine for fallout 3 however I was wrong, I get a really annoying frame hiccup at times that makes the game unplayable. So I was some recommandations as that what I can get for better parts to play fallout 4 on max settings with no hiccups for the least amount of money. Currently I am running XPX 6000 dual core 3ghzHD3870 1gig Thanks.
evilneko
I don't see why. With that cpu and video card you should be just fine. Perhaps you should head over to the tech support board and post more info, including a load order if you are using mods. Quick google search shows your video card scoring more or less twice as high as mine, a mere HD 2600 XT: http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/sa..._hd_3870/13.htm ...and I run Fallout 3 at 1600x900 with moderately high settings (mainly, turned off annoyances like HDR, and things I don't care about) Heck, it runs on my laptop at 1280x800 with similar settings.
