What do you need to delete to remove the book in the mod "Helgen Reborn" and make the first quest start immediately?

I do not think it is a simple removing of a single thing. The book most likely has a script on it that advances the questline when it is read. You would need to determine what that script is doing and have something else trigger it. Could be as simple as changing the books script to use the OnContainerChanged event rather than the OnRead event. That way the book is still added but you won't need to read it. But I do not know for sure as I have not even gotten to play the mod yet (so I'm not going to fiddle with it in this way).

 

However, that cannot be done in TES5Edit. TES5Edit is not good for dealing with scripts.

 

Then there is the mod's own instructions that indicate you need to wait for the bandits to have spawned before you read the book and start the questline. Unless you are using Live Another Life in which case all that has been taken care of.
