Weapons: A sniper rifle, a combat knife that she hides inside her boot as well as two spiked knuckle dusters.

 

Abilities: Kiza is quite talented in the more… stealthy arts. Kiza is a natural pickpocket and a thief, and could quite literally steal the shirt off your back without you noticing it until awhile later. Kiza is a natural hyper active person and will not tire easily, making her perfect for going long distances. Since young she has been taught to use her combat knife for almost any purpose, whether it be fending off a vicious animal, or using it to sabotage a certain device. Only recently did she ‘acquire’ her sniper rifle. Kiza also has an impressive immune system.

 

Weaknesses: Kiza isn’t much of a speaker and if caught in a tough situation will most likely not be able to talk her way out of it, even if in the rare occasion she isn’t guilty of the crime. Unless someone is trying to teach her something related to her interests of stealth and thievery, she will most likely not grasp the subject quickly. She can get distracted very easily… especially if it’s a shiny object... not to mention her weakness with certain aspects of technology, its not that she doesn’t know better, Kiza is actually an excellent hacker, but if there’s a big button or some such thing, no matter what it would probably do… Kiza would most undoubtedly push it.

 

Personal belongings: a handful of caps, bobby pins, an assorted amount of junk all of which she keeps in a small backpack she keeps on her back just off to the side so she can keep her sniper rifle there too.

 

Personality: playful, sneaky and hyper, Kiza is the type that if you were in a situation, would either rob you blind or help you out, all depending on her mood at the time. Kiza has quite short attention span and will often blank out of the conversation if it carries on for too long.

 

History: Despite loosing both her parents at an early age Kiza was quite a happy child, even when the going was extremely tough she would always seem to make it through with a smile on her face. Kiza’s parents died of an unusual sickness that swept the area; despite her age Kiza was one of the only people who survived the disease. From there she tried to make contact with her parent’s friends, only when she arrived she found that slavers had carried them off as well as most of the people there. That’s when she took an interest into stealth and thievery; however she never took more than she needed. After about two years of thieving for a living, it was by an Ironic event that she met up with the person that would vastly improve her skills as a thief. She had snuck into the mans house after watching him for awhile to go pinch some of his interesting goods. However, after she snuck in he returned and caught her out. Kiza found out a few moments later that that man was a thief himself, and with the agreement that she would share her plunder with him he taught her the trade. Instead of calling her by her real name he always used to refer to Kiza as ‘pup’, one day she asked why, his reply was that when he found her she reminded him of a lost dog doing anything to survive… and so the name stuck.

After Kiza had developed far beyond her mentor she decided to set off on her own. Only to find out later that he wasn’t prepared to let her go. Naturally, Kiza wasn’t too impressed about his remark and decided to get even. That night she set her mentor up to get caught red handed by the guards at the location that he had planned to case that night. After he was taken in Kiza made her escape… not before helping herself to his more interesting belongings.

Abilities: Expert at conventional firearms and stealth. Sniper rifles to Miniguns to pistols are no problem for him. Adept at tracking and sneaking.

 

Weaknesses: His shadowy business doesn't sit to well with the regulators. And those that know his background are likely to steer clear due to his hostile nature.

 

Personal Belongings: A piece of jewelry or lock of hair from every man and woman he's killed with a bounty on their head. A tattered picture from before the war. Worn and yellowed maps of Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, and a very general map of the United States

 

Personality: Greedy and Bloodthirsty his cold indifference to human life and even at times his own safety make him someone few people wish to accompany.

 

History: Cadeus came from Wyoming, a state largely unaffected by the nucleur holocaust, the closest bombs fell on Denver leaving Wyoming relatively untouched. The Yellowstone area was his stomping grounds hiding in the caves and roaming the geyser fields he made a living off hunting the wildlife. A profession which made him well-versed in tracking and hiding. He never had an extremely acute sense of morality and when he learned of bounties in the area who took them on. This new enterprise became far more profitable than hunting and soon he became a feared and respected Bounty Hunter killing good and wicked men alike. He began traversing the wastes of America looking for higher paying jobs. Over the years he collected his impressive kit and many bounties.

 

Appearance: 6' 9", messy brown hair, emerald eyes, jagged scar across his face from his left eye across his nose and down to the right corner of his mouth. Dragonskin armor with various camo packages, generally black though.

Weapons: Experimental Weaponry…

 

Abilities: Yang is a scientist. Ying is a doctor.

 

Weaknesses: Weak when separated. Strong when together.

 

Personal Belongings: Yang carries a scientific toolkit whereas Ying equips a medical bag.

 

Personality: Ying is overzealous, and rash. He’s constantly doing experiments which cause him to get hurt. Yang honed her medical skills on her brother, who’d probably be dead if it wasn’t for her care. Neither is prone to violence, and prefers to use their skills to resolve issues and make deals.

 

History: Ying and Yang grew up in Chattanooga Tennessee, on Lookout Mountain. They’ve always been able to maintain a low profile until recently. Nearby Raider activity has caused them to relocate and rumors of new group have them intrigued…

 

Appearance: Both Ying and Yang are slim with short dark hair and both where circular glasses given them to by their parents as a birthday present. They usually dress in traditional Chinese garments, and sleep with their backpacks.

Weapons: Two scoped .44 magnums, a sniper rifle and a combat knife he keeps in a special compartment in his left boot.

 

Abilities:

Jared has exceptional vision in his eyes. For some reason he is able to see further and in much more detail than the average person. Jared has a photographic memory, allowing him to remember any scene in detail, from a single crack in a glass to the positions of any people in that room.

Jared has a very steady hand and quite a bit of experience with medicine, enabling him to perform surgery if he has to… even if it means himself. High pain tolerance.

 

Weaknesses: Jared’s main problem is trust, he finds it hard to trust anyone besides himself and usually has no qualms with just going off on another direction when things get bad. Jared is best suited for long range combat and does not fair too well when faced at mid range. But anything that gets too close he can take it out with his combat knife.

Despite Jared’s exceptional vision he has a blind spot to his back left.

 

Personal Belongings:

 

Personality: Outgoing to a point, but he tries to get more out of from the people that he talks to than he gives out of himself.

 

History: Jared’s motto is History is history, that being said he doesn’t care much for history at all. Even if he can’t remember most of his. All he can remember is that his parents died at a young age and left him with a nasty brush with raiders and Yao Guai. Supposedly where he got the scar across his left eye.

In normal lighting his hair goes from a light blue to a deep crimson at the tips. His eyes a reddish brown.
