Asgaard111111 has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Uploading someone's assets without permission.

I don't understand your "philosophy"... Everybody can take an "enb files" made by another ENB modders and can modied some settings and shared with the others... You ARE NOT THE CREATOR OF THE ENBseries, FULL credits to Boris... You have just made a Big job for the settings, i agree, but you cant appropriate "the copyrights" on these files!!!

 

For Kyo, it's a french friend of me and i have these FULL PERMISSIONS for using these files!! That's all!!

 

Now, if you are not enjoy by this, go away!!

 

Modding ENB presets is just the same as modding Skyrim mods. You do not have full permissions, you have Boris's permission to come up with your own code to make effects. IF you had used Boris's original and added your own code, everything would be peachy. But, you have not. You've included someone else's code into your preset, this code required permission to include. And since you are unconvinced of the policy, have returned your mod to public viewing and still include this code without permission, a formal warning will be issued. Your mod will be hidden under moderator review, you will have a time out from uploading.

Such permission must be indicated in the Readme text attached to the file and/or on the Description page (or in the Description field for images), and must be obtained in advance, before uploading the file. If you cannot provide proof of consent then your file will be removed and your account is likely to be banned.

Always provide appropriate credit to authors who have given you permission to use their content in your files both within the file description and within your file readme, even if said content was published as free to use.
