RedClairefield
I re-installed Windows 7 and removed some software that was preventing me from installing Games for Windows Live, and Fallout 3 runs like a dream, with just one exception I can't seem to click as fast as I'd like to. I have the Xbox 360 version of Fallout 3, and in it I can shoot the 10mm pistol almost as fast as I can pull the trigger (literally) and I can shoot while running. On the PC, I can't seem to shoot while running forward, but I can shoot while moving back. Is this the game, or is it my mouse? Edit: I've done some messing around. It definitely has something to do with the mouse. If I press Q, which will cause my character to move forward, I can left click and fire as much as I want. But if I'm holding W to move forward, I can't. NO idea what's causing this. It's a wireless USB mouse from Logitech.

evilneko
So I said to myself, "I've seen this question before," and sure enough I have! Is your problem something like this: http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=171604 Try with a wired mouse, as well. I'd never trust wireless for gaming. RedClairefield
I apologize, I didn't really search these forums specifically. I mostly used google and keywords like "Fallout 3 mouse problems" and it just told me to fix my V-sync. Yes, it's very likely the hotkey for the sharing is caring mod. Now all I need to know is how to fix it. Edit: I couldn't figure out how to reconfigure the hotkey so I just disabled the mod. Sure enough, my mouse works fine now. Hopefully if someone else has this problem they'll stumble upon this topic and figure it out.
