I have a old Dell UltraSharp screen that supports 120 mhz refresh.

On that 9800GTS supports 120 mhz refresh rate.

It depends on the screen. You can have 120 mhz even on a onboard GFX

It all depends on your rig, I wouldn't had bought a 24" LCD if I knew it meant lowering from maxed out Fallout 3 to Med-high options.

I'm using a Syncmaster 2333 right now. It's 1920x1080, 23 inches, has no glare, no dead pixels, a great looking picture, and 50,000:1 contrast.

I've got a 24" now and fortunately don't have that much trouble...but the fact I can't run new games on high.

Oblivion and fallout don't run worse than usual though.

Close to retribution I have a Samsung P2470HD, 1920x1080, 50000:1, but only 60hz as it can be used as a tv as well.

Its the Monitor/TV type of monitor.

ive just got me another dell 2407wfp from ebay. dont know of anything better out there for the price.
