help with lag

any help with my lag

 

here's my setup

 

Vista Home Prem.

64 x2 Dual core Processor

32 bit

 

i dont lag when i play Modern Warfare 2 at all

but this i do

I have

Fallout 3 Game Of The Year Edition with minimal Mod's (Like 7 total if that)

even without the Mod's i Lag

odd hu

 

any suggestions or advice would be appreciated Thx

You must have MW2 set pretty low. That game brought my friend's ass-kicking intel quadcore with an equally ass-kicking video card, (GTX 260 IIRC) to its knees. Of course, he was trying to run it at 1920x1080. :D

 

Need more info: RAM, actual cpu speed, and video card info.
