And nevermind. Found a way to fix it after reading this thread.

 

fDefaultFOV=75.0000

fDefault1stPersonFOV=75.0000

 

Seemed to fix it setting it that from the numbers they were previously.

btw, I found more tips:

fDefaultFOV aparently is bugged and does nothing so doesnt matter.
fDefault1stPersonFOV=75.0000 ;this is the important value; this value controls how much of your body/weapon is shown in front of you, and so also seems to affect/control the sniper reticule visibility; found at http://www.tweakguides.com/Fallout3_8.html
there is a `fov` console command to change how much we see of the world but this setting is lost easily. Use this at the end of [Display] section:
fDefaultWorldFOV=90
at last:
fPipboy1stPersonFOV=37.0 ;is optimum zoom for vanilla pipboy, biggest text possible
