Basically a mod that lets you buy a house without becoming a thane. It's like saying: ''Oh you want to buy a house? First you need to crawl through a dungeon with 100's of walking dead people and kill a dragon that breathes fire and slaps you with it's tail when you have no experience whatsoever.''

All you have to do is be in the same room with the

jarl's steward and type this in the console:

 

player.setstage housepurchase 10

 

You have to have enough money to purchase the house

for it to work I think.
