Yeah, In Bruges rocked, but I love black humor.

The new Zatoichi movie was excellant, although I hear that's because I didn't grow up with the old ones to spoilt me. Regardless, the actors' who play the ronin whos name I can never remember and Zatoichi are phenomenal. The expression of lazy arrogance mixed with cynicism on the ronin's face, superb! The way Kitano

s expression could go from "who, me? I'm a harmless bumbling old blind man" to a pained "please don't make me kill you" expression was astounding.

The Quiet American (2002)

based on a novel by Graham Greene

"In war, the most powerful weapon is seduction"

Oh, how true! http://www.abload.de/img/anne9hol.gif

Surenas,

I agreed with your choice. It was an even better book. Graham Greene has a way of putting words together that few can surpass. I love readiing his works.

granny,

Yes. And that's why I hold some of Greene's works

No doubt, Graham Greene was a great novelist with sophisticated insights and is always worth reading.

Lol and I thought about making topic like this here. I've looked through some pages and haven't noticed that someone did something like that so sorry if it's suppose to be only one movie in one position but it's too hard to decide. Also sorry for my bad English. :teehee:

1. Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Lord of The Rings trilogy, (I just can't decided which one I like the most.)

2. Secret Window, Pirates of Caribbean trilogy, (can't also decide.)

3. Room 1408,

4. Identity,

5. Hellboy II The Golden Army, (Only because of Prince Nuada *cough*)

6. 30 Days of Night,

7. The Crow (with Brandon Lee (RIP))

8. The Stand,

9. The Phantom of the Opera,

10. Sleepey Hollow.
