Problems with Startup

yo! I have a problem with fo3 not starting, it just doesnt load, the intro music plays but the video intro pauses.

My load order has been gone over by boss, here it is -

Read the BOSS notes, for example:

Make the corrections and try again.

Does the game run without mods activated?

Do you have FOSE installed properly?

Only use one "Restore Tracers" not both.

i have fwe disabled, as well as mmm which was saying that

Let me ask you a question. did the game ever run at all with what is posted here?

If not?----> delete the user "My documents/my games/fallout3.ini file", run the games launcher so it creates a new one and test it.

dis able all hud mods first. your menus are messed up badly, that's why it won't start. If it still crashes out, you will need to replace your startup_menu with a default one from the misc.bsa archive using fomm. extract it to the data folder, fomm takes care of the rest.

 

Huds are difficult to install, they are not normal plugins. They are Major game changers !
