Real Injuries - Primary Needs help needed

As the topic description says I'm using the Real Injuries - Primary Needs mod and whenever i get thirsty i try to drink some dirty water from my inventory but no matter how much of it i drink it doesn't satisfy my thirst. However if i drink a Nuka-Cola bottle it immediately affects my thirst. Listed Below is my load order since i think that has something to do with it.

Bottlefill is incompatible with RI/PN.

 

This because Primary Needs introduces 2 other water types(Good Water, Bad Water), and uses scripted empty bottles that are overwritten by BottleFill - causing RI/PN to malfunction.

 

Using the RiPnO patch won't make much of a difference if using the Bottlefill mod, but the empty bottles are at least not scripted any more.

Another thing that i just noticed isnt working is the field cooker kit. I found this readme http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/fil...ion.php?id=2125 that says you drop it from your inventory and push Z to pick it up and drop it again....but thats not working for me. i pick it up, put it back down and get no menu to cook items i have 30 of the cooker packs
