Hi Guys.

I'm working on a weapon mod pack and one of those weapons it's a Push Dagger.
Basically i want to know, how to hold the weapon between the fingers?

Here a sample:

Although I prefer this:

I just need to know what to change then i'll investigate "HOW"?

Thanks in advance :D

I don't think that it is possible to change the way weapons are held in Skyrim outside of the respective one-handed/two-handed grips. Have you made the weapon mesh already? Or is this just an idea?

I'm waiting for that reason, otherwise I would do like a regular dagger.
I already made 3 of 8 of the weapons
The pack is based on "I, Frankensein" weapons, or Gargoyle Order weapon (probably the name of the mod)

Wel, since there aren't animations for that, you could just rotate the mesh itself. It will clip a little through fingers, though.

Exactly what I was going to suggest. Unfortunately this is the only way.

You could edit animations, or add a new one. This would require the use of FNIS, and some scripting. Simply edit the animations you want, then call them using a script when you equip the dagger.

I have no idea how ideal that would be, or the millions of issue it could cause. You could ask Fore, and see if he got any input regarding this. I bet he'd know how plausible that is. That's the price we pay for this outdated game engine. Oh well!
