Modded Clothing Chest Glitch

whenever I try to equip clothing from a mod or re-textured clothing, My character's chest will stretch out for what seems to be an infinite distance in random directions.

It only happens to my character and not any NPCs. I am new to modding my oblivion so if I did anything wrong please point it out.

 

Here is my load order:

Check and you'll probably see that the mod requirements for those clothes/armor are BBB enabled skeleton.nif such as Coronerras' Maximum Compatibility Skeletons or the more recent Universal Skeleton Nif (and if you decide to go for the more recent one make sure to use the ControlableSkeleton version, unless you know that you have a mod that requires the TotalControlableSkeleton version ... in which case be aware of the limitations and workarounds required for that version).
