Velindian
So after a while of playing many games with darkness or watching games that are just dark i began to relize that my eye strain was not because of the darkness itself, but because of how no game i've ever seen or played had a system where dark spaces got sufficiently lighter as you stayed in them for a while (much like how the human eye adjusts to low light). so i'm wondering... is it possible to make a mod compatible with GeDoSaTo, that can alter the High Dynamic Range and make it so the longer you stay in a dark area the lighter it gradually becomes and vice versa with a lighter area? ensssss
The latest version of GDST has this already... GDST Added new HDR bloom & eye adaption effect. Some example screenshots: 1 2 3 4 5. It’s highly configurable in the effect file. Also, it’s not particularly performance intensive, since it does large-scale gaussian blooming on a rendertarget pyramid
