Adding mod items to loot list

I was wondering if anyone knows how to add mod items that would normally be added to your inventory or a set chest to the leveled loot list. There are a lot of really good armor and weapon mods that are just automatically given to you and I would rather have the ability to earn them.

If you are new to modding, you need to do quite a bit of research as its not exactly something you can learn in a few hours or from one forum post. Watch some tutorials, read the wiki, look at mods that do what you are trying to achieve in order to see how they did it.

The specific thing that you will need to know for what your trying to do here are leveled lists.. Good luck!

You need to add the items to the appropriate leveled lists at the appropriate level. That's really all there is to it but as anikma implies it's more complex than it sounds.
