Game crashes on start-up. What's going on?

Got fnvedit and am getting this message. im pretty new to pc version and having mods. so im not sure whats going on.

From the report, it would appear that you do not have FOOK - New Vegas.esm installed.

 

Also, this is not the game crashing, this is an FNVEdit crash.
