Which mod adds this

I noticed new crafting recipes: waster's survival rifle, firestarter rifle etc.

 

I checked all of the obvious mods in my load order but no avail. I am a courier irl so I have little time to check every mod so I was hoping for some assistance with this.

 

Something is not working correctly with those weapons so i would like to check the mod page to see if there is a workaround.

Drop the weapon on the floor, open the console, click on it so the name appears at the top of the screen, enter GBO into the console, that will return an ID, note the first two numbers/letters, that will be its position in your load order, fire up NMM and see what mod has those numbers letters under "Load Order", that'll be the mod. (GBO Needs NVSE to work).
