The fact is you are stepping into a very complex an precise world. It's not your fault though. Most games are easy to mod. Fallout 3 isn't, it isn't even easy to install them. Just roll with the punches. It takes about 3 months to get good enough to know what you are doing in order to produce a fallout install build with mods which won't crash all the time. So just keep working until it's right.

.esm all go at the top an load first, .esp goes after that in the order of what they are, armor with armor, guns with guns, perks with perks, but stuff like a mod with more than one .esp like that 20thcentury one, all those other .esp are optional .esp, which usually follow the main .esp they have.

Your DLC are not in the order in which they were released, there were small changes which one overwrites the other, kind of like a update, you do have Zeta last, so maybe it won't mess up, but there's no way to be sure. At any rate it was designed to work in order. DLC's also load before any other .esm except for fallout3.esm

20th centuryweapons.esm Wrong spot, move it up into the .esm, it will auto detect an load it with .esm anyway, but who's to say that works.

calibrxmerchant.esp is more of a guide on how to build a calibr merchant, depending on randomness the advanced form list will spawn whatever it wants to, like 3 .45ACP bullets every 4 days, heh, It's a good guide on how to build one, not so much a useable one yet to my knowlege.

Too many options, this is the dirtyest B/S I've ever seen, who in there right mind would give so many options to a bunch of noobs with a computer at any rate I can't even tell if you have the 20thcentryweapons.esp which would be the main .esp for this mod, and you know without that mod, which it looks like you don't have, all you have is a bunch of optional .esp which load after the main .esp therefore injecting any changes the user would want to make without having to actually do any work. Try reading the read me better. But it's not your fault, files can get complex to understand. You for sure need to watch for this, the file may need to you load all the downloadable files on it's page, then maybe only 3 out of 6, which usually if you read you can find out which ones.

I don't know how well this will work, might require body mods, as fallout 3 was designed so that the naked body of the charicter has underware drawn, which rumor has it, is because the programers couldn't figure out where to put the nipples. Lawls...

Start out small, 20th century weapons by all means is a rather complex an huge mod.

I've never used the default launcher for anything but grapics settings. Most use FOMM to launch FOSE which launches the game.

Also does the mod checking an order thing. GECK, GECKupdate, FOMM, FOSE, FO3edit get installed in Bethesda softworks/fallout3

The mods an DLC's get installed to Bethesda softworks/falout 3/Data
