I think this may help, Add bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1 to the [General] section in your fallout.ini, located in "my games\fallout 3" folder, you might also want to toggle archive invalidation the second time, if it still doesn't fix stuff, try to reinstall the mod.

uh... It's information, an sort of the same issue. I just figured that either the links there would lead you to the fix, or maybe overlord knew. I for one don't use body mods, or stuff to sniff parts out of car seats. Most of the time those body or porn mods are complex. So yeah I'm too busy getting my face stomped in to bother with them yet.

Like the body mods, there's like 24 different ones. Then most of the armors are based off the vanilla body. Once you go all body mod then all the vanilla stuff clips.

This kind of thing can happen without the mods too, it could just be vanilla fallout 3 messing up, which I though those links would lead you to that issue. You could find the child skin an just unpack it to the data folder. It's not like your body mods are related to this issue. It might be the adult skin only wrapped around a smaller mesh. Same fix just unpack the skins from the .bsa, for the races. It has to be in the right spot, but if you pick more than one file to unpack in FOMM an extract it to the desktop it will create the right folders an path.
