TweekedOut
Hello all. First post and all that. Ok, this might a bit difficult to explain, and probably isn't possible. Take an outfit like the Bruiser's Outfit. It is available in both Exnem and Type 3. Is it possible to somehow make a BSA or something (I don't know, I've never done modding before) that puts both items into the game? I'm planning on using FEM with all but the UF body types, but can only see getting in outfits for one type. Also, is it possible to merge basically all the Type 3 outfits, or the BABE/Exnem/Nile/etc outfits into a single mod for each specific body type? Dunno if what I'm wanting to do is understandable or not, but thanks for looking.
duastar
I'll try to answer this....The body mods are files that replace the original files...if you were then to install another it would replace the files put in by the first mod...sry, only one body per customer. The clothing is then made by modder by fitting it to the chosen body type. Depending on the fit, it may work on more than one body type. If the modder feels so inclined they can tweak it to another body mod, but that is on them. As for joining them together, that is unlilkely. One, it would require all the modders to work together (i.e. update at same time, etc.). I personally think clothing is better left modular. Try different bodies with the clothing you want to wear and you may be able to find one that works for most/all the ones you want. Just because a piece of clothing was made for a particular body doesn't mean it won't fit on another. And, if the clothing is cool enough, ya might even be able to deal with a little glitchieness.Hope this helps and have fun!
TweekedOut
I do get what you're saying, but I think you're answering a question I'm not asking. FEM (apparently) allows one to change the body of NPCs/possibly the PC (not entirely sure, haven't used it yet) on the fly. Meaning you aren't stuck with everyoneb being Type 3 for example. It's got a BSA for each of the body types (Nile, Naouak, Malos, etc). Ideally, I'd like to have packs that have all the Exnem stuff, for example, that are somehow differentiated from the Type 3, but allow both Type 3 & Exnem in the game at the same time. That way, if I change an NPC body to Exnem, I have the capability to put stuff on her that fits that body type. But if I have another that is a Type 3, I can put the Type 3 outfit on her. The outfits being separate items in storage (different ID numbers?).
Tony the Wookie
All adult females (not old or elderly yet) are now feminized. Armor is changed to match body shape if an equivalent is available. This is not working perfectly yet, but will in time. right in plane site on the FEM page... http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10235
yk0520
Not sure how well this answers your question (or if it's completely on topic). The only way I can think of to find out if a clothing mod works is to try it out on your chosen body replacer. I'm currently using Naouak's replacer and had no problems with Backsteppo's School Unform mod ( School Uniforms for Type 3 ) working (though it said the Type 3 Dimon. Body was required) So far, most of the good clothing mods I've seen require either Type 3 or the Malos mod to work, but if the School Uniform mod is any indication, most of the Type 3 clothing should work at least with Naouak's body. Going to try out a few others and see how they work.

I basically had to start over (again) tonight. Three to four hours of trying to get mods lined up and the program didn't even make it to the loading screen. Sticking with FEM, Fook 2, Lings Coiffure/Pretty Things/Finer Things, some radio extenders, and some companions. It's too bloody much work going through the 80 bazillion clothing/armor mods. Uninstalled everything, deleted the remainder, reinstalled F3, Pitt, OA, PL, and BS.

I don't know for sure what exactly is included, but if you want to use multiple body types and have the clothes adjust to those body types, FEM is the only option out there. TweekedOut
I think there may have been some disconnect between what I was originally asking and what got answered. My fault I guess. Take for example, Persona & Secret outfits. http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8911http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5028 They exist for Type 3 and Exnems. I'm guessing that installing one will overwrite the other and/or same id number or something. Is there any way that the file paths/id number/whatever could be altered such that both body type clothings could exist in the game at the same time? With a name change to like Exnem Persona or Type 3 Secret. Maybe through a BSA or ESP that would allow a directory in meshes and textures called "Exnem" or "Type 3" with the appropriate clothing/armors put into that directory? This would be something that I could potentially do. I'm not asking for others to make new meshes or textures or to convert say the Type 3 Persona into a Nile Persona.
