kieranfoy
Oh, yeah, that would be nice! Since your characteer becomes wealthy by the end of the quest, maybe we can have you able to join it, getting a faction rank and some benefits. Also, why use a tamrielic deity, when we can use the original? There's splenty of evil gods on Nirn, so the Devil wouldn't be too out of place and we're not exactly making the most lore-friendly mod. There's a few demonic books and banners we can use. After all, Hellfire is not a term found in the lexicon of the Daedra, and Hell requires a vaguely Judeo-Christian worldview, so maybe it's imported from Earth? The club, AND the deity? This has a demonic book we could have sitting on a lectern in the shrine: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20051 Really, I just want the oppurtunity to make a Satanic lair. zprospero
I suppose, but they do refer to Oblivion as 'Hell' in the game in some spots. So apparentlythat word is associated with Oblivion, and specifically the Deadlands. Also, the term Devil wasused in Morrowind to refer to Dagoth Ur, (literally 'the Devil, Dagoth Ur') so there is a basis there.I believe it's more a descriptor than a title, though. Molag Bal is pretty much a direct copy of all the things the Devil isdescribed as, in Christian doctrine. So, I would say a shrine to Bal is a satanic shrine froma purely logistical point of view. Also, it's dangerous to involve real life belief systems. There's a reason Bethesda avoided it. Also, I've used that book for the Witchsmeller's witchcraft book. Of course,we could always use that book for this club and then use the Ogma Infininumand call it the 'Necronomicon' or something for the Witchsmeller. EDIT: Also, all dialogue and quest stuff up to the player's arrest is done.
kieranfoy
Good points, all. However, Molag Bal is a little hardcore for the Naughty Hellfire Club;; maybe Sanguine would be a bit more suitable? He looks plenty demonic, and he's the Daedra of hedonism, which would suit them quite well. If you've no objection's, I'll start making their lair. zprospero
Sanguine would indeed be perfect.
zprospero
Having loads of trouble editing posts for some reason. Why don't I make the IC house (Which district do you think?) and then Ican link it with the lair you're making (Since it would be hidden)? That wayI can set up George's AI package for his visit on my end, as he won't godown there, and the 'lounge' house will be fairly simple.

I'm hoping to get the sanguine shrine and Flashearts quest done (th one mad, the other written) tomorrow. I've been lazy, slept most of the day. zprospero
All right, this may be WAY too much, but this is a comedy, eh? For Chad the Necromancer. As Daffy Duck once said, "If there's one thing my wardrobe needs, it's more sequins!" http://i816.photobucket.com/albums/zz84/zprospero/FNecroRobe2.jpghttp://i816.photobucket.com/albums/zz84/zprospero/FNecroRobe.jpghttp://i816.photobucket.com/albums/zz84/zprospero/FNecroRobe3.jpghttp://i816.photobucket.com/albums/zz84/zprospero/FNecroRobe4.jpg And one in his throne room.http://i816.photobucket.com/albums/zz84/zprospero/FNecroRobe5.jpg (Also, I think we can get him to use that sitting idle, too)

It's so outrageous it's neccesary. And maybe we could put a wardrobe with a few copies in the back of the room (or maybe when I make the NAught Hellfire Club I can ,akes his quarters) so th eplayer can get some of the fabulousness.
