Is there a reskin mod that changes/clothes the innappropriate monster?

Hey! I would like to know whether or not there is a reskin/texture mod that reskins the innappropriate monster as to completely clothe it. If anybody could help me out, that would be great(:

Are you talking about the brown poison guys with the big bellies? To be sure, those are distended bellies, not testicles. You can even see a belly button if you look with the binoculars.
