I have always spent the most time in Balmora, but i would not say I like it any better than the rest. Also, some of the most lovable cities IMO are not on the list here. Sad, I say. Loved the architecture, the swinging banners that were everywhere, the candles and the sewer drains. Only thing that was annoying, it took me forever to work out how to find my way around. My favorite location is either the Odai Plateau, or that little island just north of Khuul. :yes: I agree, Vivec is quite one of my favorites.
