  1. Hmm, I might go back in and un-expansion it. As-is I built it for all expansions, better heads, and better bodies. I DOES make char-gen way more funny, cause I changed no voices or names (Putting that off for now) Also, I might could do a little doodle of a girl supermutant. I am not the best artist in the world (not really any good actually lol) but I can try! I have a good image in my head right now. As for power armor, I am thinking a slimmer, more lightweight version, ya know? I though about doing it for myself when I get Fallout running. All the work CAN be done, but it will have to be done by someone with some skill in 3d modeling, voice changing software, and of course a lot of time. Notably, I have all three. Problem is a lack of processor power. I have the game for Xbox 360 right now. (grumble) Oh, and my Blender is stubborn about exporting.
  2. I just finished the mod for Morrowind :P I called it "girl's night out" and after a little playtesting will upload it. MY DREAM HAS BECOME REAL!!!! Anyway, does the fact that supermutants are monosexual affect this at all? And uh... more feminine power armor would be a must.... and of course Colin Moriarty would now by Cori Moriarty! Also, my interest in this mod has to do with err... manly desires. I am 99% straight. (jk, 100%) And of course a desire to see everyone happy, and a love of the many varieties of mods that reflect everyone's unique personality. Thus I believe everyone should have the exact game they want.
  3. I would go do it right now, but I cannot sadly. Little technical issue about my computer. I would still play a guy though, heh heh heh. Also, female feral ghouls as well?
  4. What, did they nerf em' since FO3? I am yet to get NV and would like to be informed of such. In any case, go into the Geck, and up the damage on them. That should do the trick.
  5. I tried this with Morrowind once. Got bored ticking off the boxes. I wanted to be the only guy in the world, ha ha ha. Yes, I DID read the topic, I just don't abide by your girlie rules. I DO WHAT I WANT (pumps testosterone)
  6. Welcome to my first RP concept: Into The Dark The Setting: A network of caves of unknown size that forms a net under most (if not all) of the surface of Nirn. These caves contain ruins of an unknown civilization, creatures that lurk in the dark, and other such horrors and curiosities. Artifacts of great power exist in some of these places, guarded by monsters fit for the nightmares of a god. Some settlements exist, full of men and mer, twisted by the darkness. The Rules: Our good old standard RP rules, no godmodding, no power posing, and no flame wars, failure to do so will result in your character being killed, in a hilarious way that may involve whoopee cushions . Also, I reserve the right to declare any post I deem stupid or against the overall idea of the RP, or that violates the rights of another user, out-of-bounds (meaning it is ignored). Should at any time you feel the need to die, I will happily send a hoard of mini-piglets to oblige. All players interested may have two characters to start (taking a queue from Zephyr Chronos here) and more can be added once you have proven yourself. Also, consider your characters under warranty, if you are not completely satisfied, bring them back for store credit. Also, I will be using various characters throughout the RP, these are not NPCs, and should be treated like the characters of other players, I will denote them as such when I introduce them. If you want in, PM me your char sheet (if something should happen to me will somebody else take control please? Only if I am absent for a long time, or obviously not coming back) The People: In this place, there are variants of every Elder Scrolls race, all of which have been… altered to fit their home in the Dark. Players may pick the “twisted” version, or choose to enter the Dark as a normal member of an Elder Scrolls race. This includes Sload, goblins, and dremora. Shadow Elves (Mugimer): the twisted version of Dunmer, and the only one with their own unique name. They are the dominant race here. They can make their red eyes glow at will, and they can see very well in the dark at all times. They use the eyeshine for communication mostly. Twisted Bosmer: The descendants of wood elves who entered the Dark, they have taken up residence in giant chambers full of roots and fungi, their skin is pale and their veins stand out very well, their eyes have developed a catlike glimmer to squeeze every bit of light from the dark. They have no hair, and their scalps are bumpy. It is common for them to have funguses growing on them. Twisted Altmer: The descendents of High Elves, these creatures are barely recognizable as such. They have pitch-black skin and white eyes, they are tall and skinny, as though emaciated. Their control over magic has not diminished though. Twisted Orcs: Oh what a hideous beast! These monsters are covered in thin, coarse black hair, except their heads and palms. Their teeth have grown grotesquely, and their arms reach down to their ankles. They have bodies the size of ogres. They have four eyes and one nostril. Strangely, they seem to have gotten smarter down here, making them not only ferocious beasts, but also clever ones. (although not as clever as the other races) Twisted Khajiit: Big, they stand around ten feet tall, and are larger even then the orcs of this place. However, they have developed a strangely adaptive skeleton, they can stand on two feet in a posture exactly like a human, and they can run on all fours as naturally as a lion does. Despite their size they are as stealthy as tigers, and their claws and fangs can rip to shreds most beings of flesh and blood. However, they have become less intelligent, making them only a little away from being beasts, and very few smiths make armor for them. They also lack in upper body dexterity, making lock picking and weapon handling a challenge. Twisted Argonians: Possibly the only creature truly adapted to this land, the Argonians have completely lost their eyesight, relying on scent and an elevated hearing to zone in on targets. They can also sense heat with small pits on their face. They lack any eyes whatsoever, and their skin is smooth white. They have fins funning along their back, and webbed hands and feet. Their tail has developed a fin, making it into a paddle. Twisted Men: All the man races have changed in a likewise pattern, they can still be recognized as their topside races, except that they have extremely pale skin, and their hair is usually white, colorless, or blonde. The exception is the Breton. Twisted Breton: They have changed, a lot. They now look like big spiders, with the front resembling a human torso, except that it is the same color as the rest, usually pastel colors, with other colors existing in rarer specimens. They have fangs, and can administer a good dose of a chemical that paralyzes and numbs the body, it also breaks down soft tissue. They are still superb with magic. Places of Interest: The Chamber of Light: The biggest settlement in the known Dark. It is a massive hollow chamber supported by thousands of columns blocks wide .This place is aglow at all times, and is the home-base of the Torchbearers, a group dedicated to the survival of the people in the caves. Massive chandlers hang hundreds of feet above the cavern floor, suspended by chains with links the size of men. This is also the capital of Shadow Elf territory, which stretches for miles, almost the size of the Empire above it. The Root Chambers: The home of the Twisted Bosmer, this is also the main source of food for most of the Dark, with sap being gathered from the hanging roots, and many fungi are farmed here for food and for light. Many have magical properties. The Sea of Night: This is a massive ocean of crude oil. Along it’s shores are floating chunks of rock, homes held aloft by the magic of the Altmer. In the middle lies a great floating city, and passage can be attained at many of the floating villages that travel between it and the shore. The bottoms of these rocks are dotted with glowing orbs made from a fungus sent from the Root Chambers, these hold them aloft. Holes dot the sides, these are homes and businesses, and ropes and bridges weave between them. The owner of the rock usually lives on top, although some have been made into a single home that occupies the entire interior. The Necropolis: The ancient burial grounds, this place is a massive crypt, spirits of the dead haunt past the outer chambers, and the deepest places are rumored to hide vampires and monsters of unknown kind. The Untamed Dark: These are the many caves and ruins that network throughout, there are underground streams, creatures that lurk, and the farther down you go the hotter it becomes. Eventually one will find magma, and beings not of this realm. Ancient ruins are spread throughout the tunnels. Bring a light. Character Sheets: Name: (please do not call yourself High Lord Heavypants) Race: (If I so much as SMELL a cat-demon girl heads will roll.) Gender: (ya know, male, female, shemale) Skills: (Stuff you have learned to do, like making pudding, and eating berries. Or ya know, the major skills from Oblivion/Morrowind?) Talents: (anything you are just naturally good at like singing, or climbing, or doing Micheal Jackson impressions) Personality: (That thing government works so hard to crush out of you) Armor: (keep it real here guys. If I see any metal bikinis of enchanted uberness, I cannot be held responsible for what I might do to you) Weapons: (no lightsabers, guns, buster swords, or kittens. Unless said kitten is a shape shifting demon, and not a girl.) Possessions: (everything that you are not wearing, or actively beating people in the head with.) History: (Must be at least 2 paragraphs. Keep your language clean, and absolutely no 1337 speak. I know, I am asking for the impossible here. Just try your best.)
  7. OOC: Ok, lets fight! Fire when ready sir!
  8. OOC: I will refrain then. High School is not so demanding. And what is this "study" of which you speak? I have never done it. And I made a 100 average in biology last year.
  9. It is probably a randomised/leveled list. I don't really know about the leveled part. The shops should probably have a new variety of equipment and items every time they restock.
  10. Wait did someone mistake what I was saying for a complaint about realistic weaponry? Hell no, I love realistic weapons. Frankly I think the current fallout arsenal is a little boring when it comes to ballistic weaponry. "Assault Rifle' just doesn't cut it. And btw, I find energy weapons extremely sexy. PEW PEW
  11. *Rolls Eyes* Just play with it for a while, read some actual tutorials (wiki sucks)
  12. I do not believe there is a way to dynamically alter terrain in-game, so for the shovel maybe a container called "hole" that is placed on the player upon using the shovel? New summons not a problem I think, so I don't see why it was put in the list. Constructing golems, put necessary ingredients in container (like black soul gem thing) cast spell, game removes items from existence, golem is spawned. Unfortunatly, I believe the Oblivion engine is incapable of doing true reflections.
  13. Trust me, It will come. People are at this time concerned more with getting gameplay changes and stuff like that over. When the big important stuff is done, then will come the little adult oriented mods. Lets just hope one of them is in the vein of animated prostitution. "adult activities" are just pointless in games if all they are is a screen blackout. At least Fallout 2's fluffers had a little bit about a bad taste in your mouth XD
  14. You realize all the guns used in those games are real-life military weapons right? So please do not ask for weapons/armor from a game when the game is based on reality. Still, these guns will probably show up in the next couple months, AK-47s and M16s are pretty much standard modding fare, not to mention the fifty Cal's.
  15. Try replacing the stat you wanted to change with level? I really don't know, that was like the one thing I never got down with Oblivion cheating. Give yourself a lot of money and find trainers, or repeatedly cast open easy lock on a chest. It is SO easy to just grind them legit. The latter only if alteration is a major skill of course.
  16. OK, I wanted to see if anyone else wanted to discuss mods previously deemed impossible. Mods that may actually BE impossible. Since I have no specific game in mind I decided to put it here. For starters, I have the most frequently asked for mod that is impossible by engine limitations: Dual wielding guns in Fallout. Here is my crazy solution, that would probably never work, and is actually the MOST probable I have come up with: OK, as I have seen suggested before, a weird prosthetic hand holding the second gun that is a part of the weapon's model. That solves the animation problem. Now the fire node problem. What about a funky projectile that appears to be two bullets on parallel courses? So, nitpick, scream out genius, or add your own completely impossible problem or solution. Don't even take into account the massive amount of work or computer power required. Just throw random stuff. Also, please don't lock this thread as another "OMG I WANS DULE WILDINGG" I am being absolutely serious in that I am sure there are a thousand reasons why it will not work. Also, I figure there are more completely impossible mods that it would be fun to throw roundabout and impractical solutions at. I think it could get fun. And besides, never know, something might get done. And I will in no way be offended if this whole thread gets laughed off the map. It was worth a try.
  17. Try acting like your level IS a stat, that might work.
  18. LOL, Morrowind basically pwns Oblivion up and down the aisle. It owns Oblivion so hard I have to resort to textlish to get my point across. And with some mods, and a quick computer, you can make it look almost as pretty as Oblvion, no lie. Still, the lack of proper physics is a real pain. As of now I am downloading the first two games from Bethesda's site.
  19. Raskit jumped, avoiding the blow to the ankles, he turned his wrist, moving the shield to deflect the blow, then moving the whole arm out of danger. This guy was quick, he was used to fighting human knights, he would have to remember the lessons learned from fighting elves. He drew back, came to a defensive crouch favoring the shield, he considered using magic, but decided against it. He was not a weak sorcerer by any means, but he was not a particularly good one either. He could guess this guy was good. He did not want to get into a magic fight without demonic assistance. In any case, he was not about to charge the guy again right away. Get a better idea of his fighting style first. ____________________________________________________________________ Kifgat opened the bundle, his curiosity would probably catch up to him some day.
  20. Ok, since I do not feel like going and getting dragon age on my computer (really should have done that to start) I know modding for consoles is a bigger problem, due to differences in format, accessibility of the game data, etc. HOWEVER Could it be a possibility to set it up so the game reads the mod as DLC, putting it directly onto the hard drive? Programs already exist to bypass the Xbox 360's defenses, and I am sure such things exist for PS3 as well.... So, any opinion? Stroke of genius or fail? This is really just hypothetical, think it would work?
  21. Raskit grinned openly, "Actually, my sentiments exactly, I have come to find some holier-than-thou fighters think names are a big deal, so just checking." Before he even finished talking he spun his wrist for flourish and stepped forward, shield leading, then swung the shield wide to impede the man's weapon arm, swinging the flat side of his blade at the man's other shoulder. __________________________________ Kifgat took a guess and went over to the chest he had set aside, and stuck the key in the lock...
  22. Thought I would throw in something, although I am pretty new to the site. The GM/DM/Arbiter should ALWAYS be clear on the idea of the RP. I once, on another site, started an RP and was not very clear. We ended up with half-demons, cat girls, and other general silliness. Yep, silliness. No other word to describe. Another time I ended up fighting a guy in a big-daddy suit who was, apparantly, invincible and could dodge gauss-rifle shots. Yeah, that one ended real quick. I think though that if I started an RP here it would be better than back then. That was on a chat room, not as much room to define things. Too many chatty people with no patience for the necessary walls-o-text needed for an RP. Did I mention Mr. Daddy had a rocket launcher?
  23. Raskit screamed in joy, he drew his blade and leaped off the roof, landed in a crouch then stood and rushed into the crowd circle where he stopped, spread his feet wide, right foot leading, left back, his knees slightly bent, his shield raised with his scimitar held low. his eyes just a bit higher than the shield. He shouted out, in a deep voice, a single word, his veins glowed again and the weaker willed people in the crowd were forced to step back, the rest would follow suit just so they did not look like they wanted in on the fight. "You wanna dance huh?" Raskit hissed, "So tell me, who am I dancin' with?" He grinned happily ______________________________________________________________________ Kifgat gave a quizzical look at the man's back. "Well, then I AM moving rugs!" He went over to each chest and opened them, the one that did not open he slid to the side. He began to remove the contents from each. Placing them in piles based on the material of each. (I am sure there is more to this than "he removed it all and placed in piles 'done!'" then walk away. I considered having him run off, but I recognize you as the kind of GM who would pull a dirty little chronomancer trick on me)
  24. It can barely keep up with Morrowind. I just did the whole thing where it is reset to factory standard. It really is time.
  25. I already have Malwarebytes. I have run it many, many times. It still has the problem. (growl) Maybe it is just time to get a new computer?
