zprospero Posted February 3, 2010 Share Posted February 3, 2010 As much as I like the Telvanni overall, I have to vote for Balmora. Why? Because it's the only place at the beginning of the game wherethe people aren't all jerks. I hated everyone in Seyda Neen, and oftenreturned to wipe out the entire population after I was skilled enough. Once you got to Balmora the first NPC I met was Hul, who was refreshingly nice.I didn't kill very many people in Balmora, which means it was definitely my favorite. I like the redoran style, so I usually evict someone or move into the retainer quarters, if I'm a good girl ... it can be a so tricky to shack up with a councilor. Vos is usually where I build myself a Velothi hunting lodge because I love the architectural style and the" climate" All I get in Balmora is rain, rain and more rain! woodrat Posted March 10, 2010 Share Posted March 10, 2010 Looks like I'm one of the two who liked Sadrith Mora. Maybe this is due to it being the location of the one house mod that I used the most. But the place grew on me with the mix of architecture and being slightly off the beaten path. I also liked Suran for being on the coast as well.
