Hi, I'm new to modding and such, given that I just did get my first laptop with gaming capabilities. Though, before I tell you about myself (if I may) I'm having a bit of a problem with actually adding a mod/add-on I downloaded off of here.

 

I downloaded Oblivion off of Steam, I'm sure many of you have heard of it. Anyway, I'll link you to the mod I downloaded:

I downloaded that and added it to the source mods folder and it didn't work, however then I added it to the Oblivion data folder and I don't believe it worked. Am I correct in assuming when you start a new game upon character creation you'll be allowed to select from a wider array of hair/eyes? I apologize if this is a noob question but I am indeed a noob to this so...
