F3 Editor Merge ?

I am trying to make a merged patch of all of my files, but it's leaving out some of them. It won't include the Calibr and ironsight .esm's for some reason. Do I have to make a separate patch and combine the two patches so that all of the files are in one patch file? Or what do I have to do?

My understanding of the mechanics of making a merged patch is that you have to apply a filter in FO3Edit to show the conflicts. At this point you would make a merged patch to resolve the conflicts. If there are no conflicts, the .esm or .esp will not show up. What I think you are attempting to accomplish is to merge to or more files together. This would have to be done manually following the instructions as shown in the FO3Edit Training Manual.

Yes, I see what I have to do now. One other thing, when I have all of my files merged into the patch file, after turning off the computer and turning it back on some of the files that I merged into the patch goes away, as if did some changes on its own. It's really quite frustrating because I have to make a new merge that includes all of the files again, because I edit the merged patch file, but I end up having to do it all over again because some of the files just disappear from it for some reason. What's going on?

I have never attempted what you are trying to do. You might be better off asking you question at the FO3Edit page. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/637/?tab=4&&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Ffallout3%2Fajax%2Fcomments%2F%3Fmod_id%3D637%26page%3D1%26sort%3DDESC%26pid%3D0%26thread_id%3D83746&pUp=1
