Whats the best way to make rooms?

I cant seem to find any pieces that I can use to make a room like one demonsional walls. Whats the best way and part to make rooms say like the if I wanted to make a security room, how would I do this?

in the geck,look at the Vault101b Cell. I Know i saw earlier that you were making a vault from the tutorial so what better cell data than a clean vault? Also..there is a security room IN THIS MAP. you'll remember where it is if you've played the game. You can reference off of this to make your own security room. Don't forget the game contains security cameras. look those up. they are fun to use.
