Enlarging head size of a custom race ?

Hi everyone,

I'm kind of curious about how to make the head bigger for a certain

custom race.

I tried do many searching on both Google & here. But couldn't find

many helpful things. CS's height setting doesn't fit my need.

 

May any kind sirs give some clues?

Such as: What kind of tools needed, Names of the files needed to be

edit, and of course, some further detail instruction will be even more

appreciated.
