Skyrim Script Lag = Is there a Permanent fix for it?

I've been experiencing Script Lag as of late. Delayed reactions when pressing Hotkeys, Potions takes 1-4 Before kicking in. You know the basic Script Lag when you have 10 or more Mods that has Scripts to function, I've also noticed it on Exterior Cells Outdoors and some towns like Riften, I've spend the last week finding a fix for it but so far there's no way around it :nuke:

My brain is frustrated at the fact that i can't fix it. I've Tried everything:

Memory Patch 3.0 : done steps, good it's does not CTD now but Script Lag is still persistent.

SSME : fixed some Memory still no hope.

Memoryblock : Logs, just Logs.

Ewis high ini : LOD is good but still Scripts are Delayed!.

Skyrim's Memory Stability guide : Got the tips but still no difference.

SAVE TOOL, Script cleaner etc. : removed 1 orphaned script still no changes.

AMD Catalyst: messed some setup but still no changes. Reverted back to default so no harm done.

Save Size : around 13MB

Note : One of the Mods needs a specific ESP file but i didn't find it on both the Mods page of those Mod and in the RAR file.

as seen in my old Topic :http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1732356-this-should-giveme-50-60-fps-but-gives-me-stuttering-and-low-fps-instead/

I've Been using Ewis' Skyrim ini tweaks as shown Below :

- I'm also using NON-ENB SWEETFX alternatives since my PC can't handle ENBs' i'm also using ENBoost as of late and seen great increase in FPS.

I played Skyrim with 2 saves files, one with the so called "Script Lag" affecting my Gameplay and one is Script Lag free for now...

-What i noticed is that the one with Script Lag experience 30-35 FPS outside during Heavy nights / Rain. I switch weapons using SkyUI's hotkey interface and noticed a 2-7 seconds of Delay with the Frame Stopping for a second and then returns to normal, as with the Script Lag neither my Followers have reactions when i cast Magelight to them which is Odd, Also when loading the Save with the Script Lag Skyrim takes 2-7 seconds to load the remaining things like SkyUI's Buff interface on the upper-left of the Screen (or where it will be on your case), SG Renewal and ECE Configurations takes 2-7 seconds too load together when loading my Save.

But when i'm inside a interior cell like inns' and houses with 50-60 FPS scripts runs fine i guess with only 1-2 seconds delay when i press the hotkeys on changing from Sword to Bow, Bow to sword switches immediately when pressed, Sword to Bow however takes 3-7 seconds.

-The other Save where there's no Script Lag happening yet, FPS outside of Whiterun kicks to stable 38-45, Switching weapons or interacting with Anyone i passed to kicks almost instantly, AI response is fine. Tested it on Silent Moon Hill Camp dungeon and i noticed a lag on one of the cells in there, Near the "Master chest" my FPS dropped from 50-60 to 35-48 and the Lag is noticeable with the Slow frame and when i switched Weapons it's more noticeable.

I fiddled with my AMD Catalyst, Enabling OPENGL and switching my Texture Filtering from Standard to High Quality and still no i guess visible changes in the gameplay with both saves. Also i disabled Vsync to see if the game runs smoothly but there's no change so i revert it back to true.

I'm currently at my wits' End since i don't know other fixes that can Cure my Script Lag expect for uninstalling Mods that has Script and Starting a New Game which of course break since i've spend hours again and again playing Skyrim heck it took 40 mins. of my Job time every now and then :pinch:.

unfortunately there's no fix for script lag but you can try capping fps to 30/35... i read it helps by giving more time to scripts(something like that)

i will be honest i've seem people with more scripted mods but they didnt have problems with that

You have to be careful when using someone elses ini files. The Ini is created the first time you start the game based on your specific computer. If the other person has a significantly different computer it can cause problems. Instead, start with the ini that the vanilla game gives you and modify that using the guidelines found here. Follow the system optimizations before doing the changes for a specific game.

IF you are referring to this file, needing a file ...ba bla...

  • Realistic Lighting Overhaul - Brighter Dungeons.esp Active Checksum: C8F99939 <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<this "looks" to take care of the Requirement
  • SoS - The Dungeons-PatchRLODungeons.esp Active Checksum: 5202996
  • SoS - The Dungeons-PatchRLOMajorCityInteriors.esp Active Checksum: D3902EBD
  • SoS - The Dungeons-PatchRLODungeonLighting.esp Active Checksum: B49C660D <<<<<<this is the patch that would require the Dungeon lighting.
    • Error: Realistic Lighting Overhaul - Dungeon Lighting.esp is not present or is not active. Skyrim will CTD when loading if using this file without Realistic Lighting Overhaul - Dungeon Lighting

So in this case , Since the game does load, then you are not missing the master for that patch, this is a false Error from BOSS. So don't worry about the error. Sometimes BOSS does not get updated to reflect different choices.

BOSS is not always right, it is currently giving me a false Error also...it has been reported so we will see.

Yes that is true, so i ran the Game using vanilla ini after i realize the effects of importing different Ini from a different Computer setup, Woe is me i guess :pinch:. thank you sir in advance!

Yes capping it will make more time for the Script to "Load" though in my Case when i have high FPS let's say 42-60 Scripts runs smoothly but if i hit 40 Below the Scripts starts being slow and it affects my gameplay a lot also my AMD isn't quite the Video Card i imagined to handle my Skyrim. I only get 20-45 FPS in areas with less objects / Cells to load and run, considering i run Non-Enb Alternatives and some mods with Subtle Performance hit it also causes my FPS to drop but scripts run fine before even at low FPS, dunno what happened though.
