As a companion you can tell him to wait and follow and do all the stuff that companion mods do i have some pictures and i would like him to be essantial... I don't think i spelt that right! I will give kudos and it should be easy. I mean the mod not the kudos giving...

However, I think if you tried to tell him what to do, he's snark off at you. Maybe use the system from the Vicente Valtieri companion, which had it's own dialogue which was very House like.
