Load Order problems

I have gone over this several times one minute Oblivion was running just beautifully and then i tweaked a single thing or so i though and now it wont even start. I have checked all the order guides i can find i have tried to follow as well as use BOSS.

Nevermind turns out that somehow my installation became corrupted. so the only way to really fix things is to reinstall everything.

ok i might have read this wrong but if you have all of those mods running oblivion will crash alot but yea i see you have fixed it:)

no it didnt crash alot namely because i have been using wyre bash and that helps alot.
