Need Message Box Help

Hey folks,

I want to create an option menu with "dynamic" buttons.

The problem is, that the number of buttons available on message boxes is restricted to 10 ( index 0-9 ).

 

Now the question is:

Is there a way to increase the number of buttons availabe to 16?
