TrickyVein
You need to regenerate terrain meshes for that part of the Mojave. Open up Fallout - Meshes.bsa and extract all of the files contained in Data\Meshes\landscape\LOD\wastelandnnv to your NV data folder. The next part you'll need to figure out for yourself: Delete the blocks from the above directory which correspond to the cell coordinates of the general area where you are working. You probably won't need to worry about deleting the higher-level blocks, just level4 blocks. Don't worry about deleting more than you need. When you go to generate Terrain meshes for the Mojave, the GECK will pick up and fill in what's left in the landscape\lod folder. Once the blocks are finished being generated, you'll need to keep them as loose files to override what's in the archive.
