Switch Posted September 1, 2003 Posted September 1, 2003 the gamefaqs site seems to have the name right, but the location is all wrong (looked it up in the editor). so if someone could tell me where Cinia Urtius the medium armor master trainer is (in other words, the NPC which can train ur medium armor skill to 100) then that would be greatly appreciated! ^_^
Marxist ßastard Posted September 1, 2003 Posted September 1, 2003 That NPC was removed from the game before release. You can either use a plugin that restores the NPC, Placeatpc that NPC, or cast a Fortify Medium Armor spell on an existing Medium Armor trainer.
