djdelirius
OK, so I have a weird problem. If I install more than 91 mods then I can't open/interact with any containers. I'm running the latest FNV version with NVSE with the 4gb NVSE loader. My system is very able to handle all the mods too. 4770k, 8gb ram, ssd, evga 780 classified. I can't figure out why it won't let me have more than 91 mods active. Can anyone help with this? I've ran BOSS, LOOT, checked the load order manually, created a merged patch in fnvedit and everything's ok. It took me hours just to figure out why I couldn't open any containers and not loading more than 91 mods seems to why I couldn't. Here's my load order: GameMode=FalloutNVFalloutNV.esm=1DeadMoney.esm=1HonestHearts.esm=1OldWorldBlues.esm=1LonesomeRoad.esm=1GunRunnersArsenal.esm=1CaravanPack.esm=1ClassicPack.esm=1MercenaryPack.esm=1TribalPack.esm=1oHUD.esm=1Advanced Recon Tech.esm=1Detect Traps.esm=1Leveled List Organizer.esm=1WMR.esm=1Craft Master.esm=1Craft Pack.esm=1IWR.esm=1DFB - Random Encounters.esm=1More Perks.esm=1More Perks for Dead Money.esm=1CASE.esm=1NVWillow.esp=1The New Bison Steve Hotel.esm=1More Traits.esm=1More Perks for Old World Blues.esm=1Project Nevada - Core.esm=1Project Nevada - Equipment.esm=1CFWNV.esm=1JIP Selective-Fire.esm=1Project Nevada - Rebalance.esp=1Project Nevada - Cyberware.esp=1More Perks for Honest Hearts.esm=1UWHNV-Core.esm=1NevadaSkies.esm=1WMVM.esm=1SomeguySeries.esm=1Advanced Recon Range Finder.esp=1Advanced Recon Tech.esp=1Advanced Recon Riot Gear Helmet.esp=1UWHNV-Addon-Time for Bed NV.esp=0Detect Traps - Traponator 4000.esp=1LFox Missing Ammo Recipes HH DLC.esp=1LFox Missing Ammo Recipes.esp=1DarNifiedUINV.esp=1CASM.esp=1populatedcasino.esp=1Detect Traps - Perk.esp=1DFB - Random Encounters - Update - MCM.esp=1OFT_Coordinate_Finder.esp=1ReputationFixer.esp=1LFox Missing Ammo Recipes GRA DLC.esp=1Project Nevada - Gun Runners' Arsenal.esp=1Detect Traps - DLC.esp=1FPSWeaponWheel.esp=0Advanced Recon Tech - Detect Traps.esp=1More Perks for Dead Money Update.esp=1Weapon Stat Viewer.esp=1More Perks for Old World Blues Update.esp=1knife.esp=1NevadaSkies - Blueberry Nights.esp=1More Perks Update.esp=1Leveled List Organizer.esp=1OFT_Base.esp=1OFT_IWR_Base.esp=1OFT_HonestHearts.esp=1WeaponModsExpanded.esp=1ModFusion.esp=1CFW-PN.esp=1CFW-PN-DLC.esp=1EVE FNV - ALL DLC.esp=1EVE FNV - NO GRA.esp=0CFW-DLC.esp=1CFW-GRA.esp=0EVE FNV - NO DLC.esp=0Project Nevada - WMX.esp=1Project Nevada - EVE All DLC.esp=1Project Nevada - EVE No DLC.esp=0Project Nevada - EVE No GRA.esp=0OFT_HonestHearts_Interiors.esp=1TheInheritance.esp=1IWR - Rebuilt.esp=1NevadaSkies - TTW Edition.esp=0NVC_Misty.esp=1NevadaSkies - Ultimate DLC Edition.esp=1OFT_OldWorldBlues.esp=1OFT_IWR_OldWorldBlues.esp=1OFT_Base_Interiors.esp=1housemod.esp=1Advanced Recon Gear.esp=1Advanced Recon Gear - Project Nevada.esp=1CONELRAD 640-1240.esp=1NevadaSkies - Basic Edition.esp=0NewVegasBounties.esp=1NewVegasBountiesII.esp=1DragonskinTacticalOutfit.esp=1Advanced Recon Armor.esp=1Advanced Recon Armor-Easier Stealth.esp=1DragonskinBonusPack.esp=1DragonskinNCRPersonnelWearingOutfits.esp=1DTO-ProjectNevada.esp=1DTOBP-ProjectNevada.esp=1More Traits Update.esp=1Nukemine V0.2.esp=1ASG.esp=1More Perks for Honest Hearts Update.esp=1Follower Home Marker.esp=1PerkEveryLevel.esp=1PortableCampsite.esp=1Project Nevada - Dead Money.esp=1Project Nevada - Honest Hearts.esp=1Project Nevada - Lonesome Road.esp=1The Mod Configuration Menu.esp=1UnlimitedCompanions.esp=1MaxFollowers12.esp=1UWHNV-Addon-DLC.esp=1UWHNV-Addon-FollowerHome.esp=1RCSS.esp=1RHINO45-70MX_NV.esp=1UHNV.esp=1UHNV-Honest Hearts.esp=1UHNV-Dead Money.esp=1UHNV-OWB.esp=1UHNV-Lonesome Road.esp=1USMC_Weapons_NV.esp=1UWHNV-Addon-GRA.esp=1UWHNV-Addon-NoCompanionsRoom.esp=0Project Nevada - Old World Blues (No Cyberware).esp=1Mossberg590.esp=1JoOsArmory.esp=1Remington870SO.esp=1FairyRadar.esp=1HKUSP.esp=0HKUSP45.esp=1WMR_GunRunnersArsenal_S.esp=1WMR_GunRunnersArsenal_R.esp=0WMR_DeadMoney_R.esp=0WMR_DeadMoney_S.esp=1WMR_LonesomeRoad_R.esp=0WMR_LonesomeRoad_S.esp=1WMR_OldWorldBlues_S.esp=1WMR_OldWorldBlues_R.esp=0WMR_Vanilla_S.esp=1WMR_Vanilla_R.esp=0WMR_HonestHearts_R.esp=0WMR_HonestHearts_S.esp=1WMX-ModernWeapons.esp=1WMX-GunRunnersArsenal.esp=1WMX-PreOrderPackTribal.esp=1WMX-OldWorldBlues.esp=1WMX-DeadMoney.esp=1WMX-LonesomeRoad.esp=1WMX-HonestHearts.esp=1WMX-PreOrderPackClassic.esp=1WMX-PreOrderPackCaravan.esp=1WMX-PreOrderPackMercenary.esp=1WMX-EVE-AllDLC.esp=1WMR_WMX_Vanilla_R.esp=0WMR_WMX_Vanilla_S.esp=1WMR_WMX_GunRunnersArsenal_R.esp=0WMR_WMX_GunRunnersArsenal_S.esp=1WMR_WMX_HonestHearts_R.esp=0WMR_WMX_HonestHearts_S.esp=1WMR_WMX_LonesomeRoad_R.esp=0WMR_WMX_LonesomeRoad_S.esp=1WMR_WMX_OldWorldBlues_R.esp=0WMR_WMX_OldWorldBlues_S.esp=1M37Ithaca.esp=0CShotgun.esp=0BM4A1.esp=0CM4A1.esp=0LR300.esp=0PancorJH.esp=0DJD Merged Patch.esp=
jazzisparis
What matters is the number of active files the game is loaded with, and that one should never exceed 139. Right now you are well above that.

Right now you are well above that. So I have 149 esp's installed but only 121 of them active(selected) in NMM. So it's only actually loading the 121, right? Or should I just delete the esp's I don't have checked so it would only show 121 esp's installed?

Even though the mod is not active, the data is still loaded. An .esp is not required to have textures appear in the game. If you look at some of the texture replacers, NMC Texture Pack is a good example, there is no .esp, yet the textures appear in the game. You should always delete any unused .esm or .esp, along with the relevant data files.
djdelirius
So I ended up clean installing FNV and reinstalling the mods without using BOSS or LOOT and just really paying attention to the order the mods are in and it fixed the problem. The only mod I didn't install again that was in my original list(listed in the 1st post) was Classic Fallout Weapons and it's running flawlessly now.
