hacker4765
Over the past 4 years i have gone through fallout nv and 3 at least 3 times each and in between each replay my computer has crashed in a way requiring me to re install everything but steam backup the saves so could there be a nexus mod list cloud or at least some way based on the steam cloud save to find what mods i was using. if there is a better place to post a request for help with finding the mods the save used i would appreciate it. bben46
Nexus is not affiliated with Steam and steam does not currently allow 3rd parties to use their cloud - as that would open it to exploitatiion by those people who will abuse any thing they can and ruin it for everyone else. - such as by pirates to upload stolen games for distribution. As a suggestion, I back up my mods load order list from each of my Bethesda games to my Dropbox account. NMM does have an export load order function that works well for this. This can be done with any cloud type storage that you have an account for - Dropbox and many other FREE cloud services. For us to have a special cloud just for this would be like reinventing the wheel.
JimboUK
When everything is working well make a back up of your data folder, if anything goes wrong then fixing it is just case of deleting your current data folder and replacing it with the back up. DrakeTheDragon
As for finding mods a save is dependent on, for most Bethesda games one can use Wrye Bash to manage load order and/or create the invaluable Bashed Patch, and additionally Wrye Bash can not only tell you all the masters a plugin requires but also all the masters and plugins a savegame is dependent on just the same way. Worth a try.
