Dead characters

Ok, I thought that I couldn't get any mods or DLC for FO3 because I was banned from the computer so I decided to kill every NPC that was killable. Well, it turns out I'm not banned and I'm missing a lot of stuff because everyone is dead.

 

For example, I recently downloaded Fellout which is extremely dark. I found a mod for night vision but it turns out you have to purchase that from moira which is impossible since she is dead.

 

Is there any way to bring everyone back to life without using command console, because that will take forever.

What do you mean by banned from the computer? :mellow:

 

There's only 2 way:

 

1. Use console and typing "resurrect".

2. Start a new game.

Actually, I dont think it's possible, only console commands, sorry. Good luck with it though

Or go back to a previous save, if you have one.
