Predator/Yautja Race Oblivion to Fallout 3 Mod Request

Hey I was wondering if there was anyone who would want to tackle converting a race from Oblivion to a Fallout 3 Race. I would do it myself but i am not really good when dealing with meshes. I can retexture the textures to make them more Hi-Def but just cant deal with the meshes.

just to make it a playable race. nothing else needs to be added but just curious if anyone wants to tackle it.
