ZulinX
I've been looking for a mod that can upgrade the vanilla presets to look....well....better. Not much luck. I'm not too good at using the sliders, and I've been using custom races, but I'm looking to get back to basics. If there is a mod out there and I missed it, it would be great to know about it. If there isn't, I request that one be created. I've never done a formal request, so if I made any mistakes, please feel free to let me know. kieranfoy
One mistake you made is the vaugness. 'Better' is one of the more imprecise words in the English language. as it stands, your request is utterly unactionable; no one can do anything about it, because you haven't defined what you mean by 'better.' zprospero
Tamriel NPCs Revamped. I don't use it, so I can't attest to how we it works, but it looks good: Link This video shows a various mods, on of them is TNR. ZulinX
Ah, my mistake. I meant more aesthetically pleasing faces in character creation. I've seen custom races, and better NPCs, but I want something that makes the character faces when you pick a gender/race for a vanilla character better looking. I could care less about the beast races, but the more 'human' races could do with some adjustment.

Best just to get yourself a save game or face file from someone good with the sliders, methinks.
LFact
There're no 'presets', other than Facegen slider values pre-defined per race. You can change them in CS, but it will cause incompatibility with any cosmetic mod. Check Generic Faces. **Alternatively, you can make a face with Facegen Modeller, then transplant it to saved game via utility like Facegen to Oblvion converter.
