Fallout 3 ALWAYS crashes on save.

FOMM will recognize any .esm or .esp that you have in the "Data" files. The only problem with this is that you will not be able to use FOMM to uninstall any mods that you did not install with FOMM. The mods will show up in the launch screen but not in the package manager. If this is important to you, just have FOMM install the mods and answer yes to overwrite.

I do not use "Underground Hideout" so I can't help you there.

could you disable all your mods, make a new save, bla bal bla, new save with MY mods, and see if you can get it to work? i now use fomm, aia, 4gb patch, and fo3edit with masterupdater

If you are going to do that, instead of adding all the mods in at once, do a couple at a time and test in the game to make sure they work. If you have a problem, you will know it was one of the last mods you added.

Doing a master update is not always a good idea. I currently have a fairly stable game with a combined total of 134 .esm and .esp. This does not include texture replacers that do not have an .esp. I have never used master update.

With no mods active, make a hard save, not a quick save, and exit the game. Load a mod and check in the game to make sure everything works. If there are not problems, make another hard save. Exit the game and add another mod.

Continue doing this until you have the problem again. The last mod loaded will be the one causing the problem.
