Improvised Gunpowders

So we are in a neo-western themed game, but I am yet to see any black powder loads. Black powder emits an enourmas smoke cloud from the barrel and leaves allot of dirty residue inside the firearm. And 200 years after the apocalypse I'm surprised that everyone has all smokeless powder. I think it would be neat if someone implemented black powder loads and improvised ways to make it at a workbench/reloading bench. But the ammo is cheaper and more available than smokeless loads, but it dirties and decays weapons much quicker. But the big thing that matters is the giant smoke cloud given off after firing the black powder.
