For some reason, all wolves in my game have no body and purple heads.

Not sure about other third party pic sites, but photobucket has a block that appears on the left of each image 'Share this Image' with 4 possible types of link - Copy the one labeled 'Direct link' be sure to get it all as it will probably be larger than the block.

 

Then look up in the topic on the forum, you will see an icon for 'Insert Image' when you click on it, it will open a pop up with a text entry block and 'http:// highlighted. Now paste the URL you copied from the direct link. be sure to OVERWRITE the existing http:// with the pasted version or you will have http:// twice - that may cause a bbcode error. Here is an example from photobucket.

 

It should start with brackets [ around the word img. then the http:// then the info . at the end there should be a another set of brackets around /img. To show what it should look like here is the example - I used curly brackets { instead of regular brackets [ to show what it will look like as if I use the actual brackets it would show the pic instead.

Your issue - You have meshes & textures missing. Either you've installed new for some beasties/creatures that weren't packaged right or simply were not in the mod, or you've or you've installed a mod esp without installing the resources.

A load order article (see the articles section of the Nexus for how to post it) would likely help us diagnose this issue a little quicker.

There's also some other mods I have installed but not loaded. Some other conflicts I should mention: The upper class green shirt and matching pants on women have no mesh, anyone who wears it only has head hands and feet. In KotN, I had to use the console to give myself the vision w/Pelinal, and put me back on Earth, and the subsequent journal entry. I used the console to give me the journal entry that consecrates the sword. And when I cast Talo's Blessing to go to the spirit realm to fight Umaril there, he's MIA. So I had to give myself those journal entries. Also, for Kvatch, the only thing I was able to do without the console was close the Gate. I had to journal everything else. Now, as it says up there, I do have Kvatch Aftermath. EDIT: I forgot to mention, that when I cast Shield, it casts the "missing mesh" mesh.

OMG in heaven. Why is it when I try to help someone and ask to see a load order they have like 800 mods installed? Heh heh. Gonna take me a while to dissect that little lot to see if I can even start to find the issues.

 

Before you do anything else, if you don't already have it, get and run Boss. Its pretty much essential with that many mods. Don't worry, it'll save your old load order before it makes any changes in case it breaks anything.

 

Here's a couple of quick suggestions to tide you over if you already have BOSS/it don't fix nowt - Get a standard clothing replacer -I see you like the sexier stuff, and some of CW's work (thats not a dig. I like CW's stuff too. The bank and the Club are definite must-haves when you just want a break from the lore. ;) ) & theres the full CW stock clothing and armour kicking around on the Nexus. Failing that, get a basic one for whichever body mod you use most - search for clothing replacer on the file server should hit you up with around half a dozen - that should take care of the stock clothing issues.

For the Wolves; I'm not sure it was on the Nexus, and if it was I don't think its around anymore, but their used to be a texture & Mesh replacer for those too. If you can't find something along the lines of "Vanilla Animals remade" or whatever on TES/PES, Google search for animal texture & mesh mods for Oblivion. Just get the replacer and install the textures & meshes. If you don't like/need the other animals, just use the wolfy stuff.

 

The others... ohm... I'll have a nosey at when I get home, though with all those mods installed, I ain't making no promises. ;) What you have to remember is sometimes mods can be "dirty" and break references, and others, times, they effect things that they would seem utterly unrelated to in all sorts of freaky ways, so it may be worth saving in a location where you know you can start testing the issues, and deactivating your mods, see if you can troubleshoot any of them yourself.

 

***Edit*** Also, just because they're not activated, doesn't mean they won't affect your game. Anything you put in the data folder has the potential to break stuff. Textures and Meshes to a lesser extent (if they're not replacers and no ESP or ESM is looking for them, they'll never be accessed) but certainly ESP/ESM files can do all kindsa freaky things when they are in there. Oblivion loads every ESP & ESM in your folder when you first boot it up, so if you're never going to use those mods again, you might want to think about canning them. Or at least move them out of your data folder till we've got things running nice and smooth again.

I have BOSS. As for clothes, I had her sexy stock clothes, but I overwrote it because it felt wrong to see old ladies i.e., Countess of Chorrol, in short skirts. As for mods I have but aren't loaded, HGEC, Seph's animations, Qarl's hi-res texture pack (I have a gaming pc that can handle every game on it max resolution, no lag.) I also have a few OBSE plugins, and well, it's late and I don't feel like listing everything. Yes, I do like CW's stuff, I'm a 20-year old hormonal teenage boy. I have a whole slurry of mods that add women companions to the game, as well as sexy clothes. Unfortunately, very few would give me action.
